Who is Eligible for Concession?

A Jamaican national who has attained the age of 18 years, who has been residing overseas for the last 3 consecutive years, and is returning to Jamaica to reside permanently.
A Jamaican who gave up your citizenship, and can provide proof of that previous status and wishes to return home.
A Jamaican student who has attained the age of 18 years and who has studied abroad for more than one year but fewer than 3 consecutive years.
A Deportee who has been residing overseas for the last three consecutive years.
A Non-Jamaican whose spouse is a Jamaican Returning Resident.

It is now mandatory to use the Express Clearance Process (ECP) for the processing and clearance of all personal shipments below US$5,000 [to include cost, insurance & freight (CIF)]. Call us to prepare, submit, and pay for a simplified declaration (IMS4). We can complete the entire customs clearance formalities, including the delivery of the cargo/goods to you if requested.
